Your account at my.ndovi.com

Your Ndovi account is where you pay invoices, renew domains and manage your hosting. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so there is no password to forget.

1. Go to my.ndovi.com. Under Sign in with, choose Email, enter the email address Ndovi has for you and choose Continue.
2. Type the code you receive and choose Verify and continue. If you turned on two-step sign-in, enter the code from your authenticator app as well.
3. Your home page shows what needs you now, such as an invoice due or a domain about to expire.
4. To pay, open the invoice and choose MoMo or card. With MoMo, approve the payment on your own phone. Ndovi never asks for your PIN.
5. To renew a domain, open it from Services and domains and choose Renew for 1 year.
